Ingredients

For Shrimp:

Fresh:

1-pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined 

1 cup Primal Kitchen No-Soy Teriyaki Sauce (not available on Amazon Fresh, available in shop and below in "products used")

2 orange slices

‍Staple:

1 teaspoon sesame oil

For Cauliflower Fried Rice:

Fresh:

2 eggs

1 package cauliflower rice (or 1 head of cauliflower, riced)

1 cup carrots, chopped

2 tablespoons green onions, chopped; plus more for topping

3-4 garlic cloves, minced 

1/4-inch piece of ginger, grated 

3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped 

‍Staple:

1 tablespoon avocado oil

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon dried onion

2 tablespoons coconut aminos

Sriracha (for topping)

  1. Let's kick off this flavorful journey by marinating the shrimp. In a spacious bowl, combine the shrimp, sesame oil, and Primal Kitchen No-Soy Teriyaki Sauce. Mix thoroughly and set aside to infuse those delicious flavors.
  2. Next up, if you haven't already, chop up the garlic, ginger, cilantro, and green onions.
  3. Now, let's create the cauliflower fried rice. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once it's sizzling, add the sesame oil and avocado oil.
  4. Toss in the carrots and sauté for a minute until they start to soften. Introduce the green onions, dried onion, ginger, and garlic, and let them cook together for another minute. Stir in the cilantro and cauliflower rice, giving everything a good mix. Allow the cauliflower to soften for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Clear a little space in the skillet and crack the eggs into it. Let them set up for a moment, then scramble them right in the mix.
  6. Now, add those marinated shrimp and orange slices on top of the cauliflower rice, cover the skillet, and let them cook for 7 to 10 minutes until the shrimp are a beautiful pink hue.
  7. Drizzle in the coconut aminos, stirring well to ensure every bite is infused with that teriyaki goodness.
  8. Serve up your Teriyaki shrimp and fried cauliflower rice, garnished with green onions and a dash of sriracha for an extra kick.
