1. Season chicken tenders generously with salt and pepper.
2. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken tenders and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
4. Add avocado oil, zucchini, salt and pepper to the same skillet. Sauté for 4–5minutes, stirring occasionally, until zucchini is tender.

6. Add garlic, cinnamon stick, and sage leaves to the skillet. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Serve:
