Directions
Print Recipe- Start by preheating your oven to 375°F.
- Evenly place the salmon fillets, skin side down, and asparagus stalks on a baking sheet, optionally lined with unbleached parchment paper for easy cleanup. Drizzle both with avocado oil and season with salt and pepper. Add a few slices of lemon to each salmon fillet.
- Bake the asparagus and salmon in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until the asparagus is golden, and the salmon is just cooked through and begins to flake. Allow approximately 10 minutes per inch of fish thickness.
- While the asparagus and salmon are baking, prepare the remaining veggies for the salad. Dice the radishes, tomatoes, hearts of palm, red onion, cucumber, and avocado.
- Once the asparagus is tender, chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- Assemble the salads by arranging lettuce in a bowl, topped with red onions, radishes, cucumbers, tomatoes, hearts of palms, roasted asparagus, avocado, and a fillet of salmon. Sprinkle with fresh herbs, sunflower seeds, Parmesan cheese, and drizzle with Primal Kitchen Caesar Dressing.
