1/2 cup bone broth

Print RecipeBake the Tostadas (8–10 minutes):
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Place tortillas on a baking sheet lined with unbleached parchment paper.
3. Lightly sprinkle with salt and bake for 8–10minutes, flipping halfway if needed, until golden and crispy. Set aside.
Make the Black Beans (10 minutes):
4. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
5. Add black beans, dried onion, taco seasoning,and bone broth.
6. Simmer uncovered for 5–7 minutes until warmedthrough and slightly thickened.
7. Mash the beans with a fork or potato masher, leaving some texture if desired. Stir in the juice of ½ lime.
Make the Lime Crema (2 minutes):
8. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, juice of the remaining ½ lime, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Assemble the Tostadas:
9. Spread black bean mixture onto each baked tortilla.
10. Top with sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes, jalapeños, and fresh cilantro.
11. Drizzle generously with lime crema and serve immediately!
