2 (4-6 ounce) salmon fillets, skin on
½ pound green beans
4 red potatoes, sliced

3 tablespoons avocado oil
2 tablespoons grass-fed butter, melted
2 tablespoons raw, unfiltered honey
1.5 tablespoons brown mustard (Primal Kitchen recommended)
1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon celery seed powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt (to taste; using Natural Redmond Real Salt)
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Print Recipe- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Place a baking sheet in the oven to heat up, optionally lined with unbleached parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Prepare the marinade for the salmon by combining honey, brown mustard, apple cider vinegar, paprika, celery seed powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pour the honey marinade over the salmon and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
- If not done, slice the potatoes into ¼-inch slices.
- Pull the baking sheet out of the oven and place potatoes and green beans on 2/3 of the baking sheet. Coat these veggies with melted butter, salt, and pepper.
- Add the salmon to the remaining 1/3 of the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, approximately 10 minutes per inch of fish thickness.
- Serve the salmon with roasted potatoes and green beans, garnished with fresh parsley.
